• The information you enter into our free online tools — for example search keywords, product categories, seller names, parcel origin, destination and dimensions, and currency amounts — together with a record of which tool you used

How we use your information

We use your personal information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, deliver our sourcing and logistics services, manage our relationship with you, and improve our website and services. We may also use it to send you information relevant to your enquiry.

We also retain and analyse the inputs you enter into our free online tools, and how our tools are used, to operate and improve those tools and to inform our own product, market-research and business purposes (for example understanding demand for particular product categories). Where we use this information for research and insight, we do so on an aggregated or de-identified basis wherever practicable.

Disclosure of your information

To deliver our services we may share necessary information with third parties such as factories, inspection agencies and freight forwarders, some of which are located in China. We only share what is required to fulfil your project, and we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately. We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Because we coordinate sourcing and quality control in China, some of the parties we work with are located overseas. Where we disclose your information overseas, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
